The courier service time depends on your location but should be within 3-5 working days, notwithstanding circumstances beyond our control, i.e., fiestas, adverse weather, transport breakdown, transport strikes, weekends,  etc. Enjoy free shipping on orders over 69€. Your final delivery charge will be shown at checkout. Please allow for short courier delays during busy times. Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home at the time of delivery or able to collect the order if the courier is unable to find you at home.

Goods are classed as delivered when you sign the delivery note. Please check the condition of the package before signing. If you suspect it has been damaged in transit, then open the outer packaging and check before signing. Should you find any damage or are in any doubt, please make a note of this on both copies of the delivery note. In the unlikely event your product is received damaged, please contact us by email: tutodoinfo@gmail.com immediately with your order number, which can be found on the invoice or in the confirmation email we sent at the time of purchase. Please include details of the problem and where you would like the parcel to be conveniently collected from.
